1. Portfolio Tracker and Net Worth

The Site provides users with the ability to track their portfolios, including assets and liabilities. It calculates various statistics such as net worth, diversification, and cash flow based on the information provided by the user. The Site does not provide financial advice and users are solely responsible for their financial decisions.

2. Tracking Usage

We use Google Analytics and Mixpanel to track usage of the Site. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscription Plans

The Site offers subscription-based plans as well as a lifetime plan. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected billing cycle. The lifetime plan is a one-time payment granting lifetime access to the Site's features.

4. Refund Policy

  • Subscription Plans: There are no refunds for subscription plans. Once a subscription is purchased, it is non-refundable.
  • Lifetime Plan: A full refund is available for the lifetime plan within the first month of purchase. After the first month, no refunds are available.
  • Website Shutdown: In the event of the Site shutting down, subscriptions that were renewed for less than 50% of the validity period will be refunded. Lifetime purchases made less than 6 months prior to the shutdown will also be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Site are owned by Vojo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
